RPhS Certification Review Course

Objectives:

At the conclusion of the course students should:

• Understand the purpose of the exam.
• Understand the exam breakdown.
• Understand the Areas of Emphasis as outlined by CCI.
• Appreciate the number of questions to be asked in each Area of Emphasis.
• Appreciate and understand the types of questions that may be asked on the exam.
• Successfully negotiate over 400 practice questions to help prepare for the exam.

Course Description:

With the advent of mandatory Vein Center Accreditation on the horizon, offices will be required to have a Technical Director on staff.  The RPhS credential will satisfy this requirement.  The Registered Phlebology Specialist (RPhS) designation is offered by Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).  CCI has been credentialing professionals in the cardiovascular field of medicine since 1968.

Our one day intensive review course will cover high yield topics and concepts as well as review over 400 practice questions in preparation for the examination.  Our interactive review/teaching method has been praised by course attendees especially when contrasted with traditional didactic methods alone.  At the conclusion of the review course all attendees should be comfortable with the exam format, exam content, breakdown of the exam and types of questions one may expect to see on the Cardiovascular Credentialing International’s Registered Phlebology Specialist (RPhS) examination.
