The Center for Venous Disease is a Certified Training Center and Corporate Partner of VNUS Medical Technologies and GE Healthcare. In addition, CVD centers were involved in the testing phase of the new VNUS ClosureFAST™ 3rd generation catheter technology. We were one of the first vein centers in the United States to test and use this device with great success.

The Center for Venous Disease believes in a Total Vein Care Philosophy. Thomas L. Pester, M.D. and Joseph Smith, M.D., R.V.T are available to help support Doctor or Staff training in the areas of minimally invasive ablation techniques, Ultrasound, Sclerotherapy, Perforator Vein Ablation, and other procedural "pearls."

In addition, our FNP-C's are available to assist your nursing staff, medical assistants, or front office personnel on information related to the treatment of venous patients.
